Welcome to CareRefer. CareRefer is a technology platform designed to facilitate the transmission of referral information between healthcare providers.
By accessing or using CareRefer, you agree to these Terms of Use.
Permitted Use
CareRefer may only be used by authorized healthcare providers and authorized personnel for lawful business and healthcare-related purposes.
Users may not:
- Submit false, inaccurate, or misleading information.
- Upload malicious code or attempt to interfere with platform operations.
- Access accounts or information without authorization.
- Use the platform in violation of applicable laws, regulations, or professional obligations.

CareRefer is a technology platform only. CareRefer does not provide medical, dental, clinical, or treatment advice and does not participate in clinical decision-making
Provider Responsibility
Users are solely responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and legality of information submitted through the platform. Users remain responsible for obtaining any required patient consents and complying with applicable privacy, security, and professional requirements.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CareRefer, Specialty Dental Brands, and their affiliates shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the platform.

CAREREFER REGISTERED USER TERMS
By registering for and using CareRefer, you represent and warrant that:
- You are authorized to act on behalf of your organization or practice.
- Information provided during registration is accurate and current.
- You will maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- You will promptly notify CareRefer of any unauthorized account access.
You acknowledge and agree that:
- CareRefer serves solely as a communication and referral facilitation platform.
- CareRefer does not verify the accuracy of information submitted by users.
- CareRefer does not guarantee referral acceptance, scheduling, treatment outcomes, or provider availability.
- You are responsible for ensuring that any information submitted through the platform may lawfully be disclosed and transmitted.
CareRefer reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate applicable laws, regulations, these terms, or platform policies.
